One2One Networking allows you to simply and quickly set up meetings where a fixed number of tables meet with a variable number of guests for a defined amount of time.

For example, you have ten companies wishing to meeting with candidates for job openings. Four hours is allocated split into 12 x 20 minute meetings. Each company would have a table, and the candidates would book meetings into the available slots.

At any point you can download the full schedule of events, or see the meetings scheduled for each table, or each guest. A list for each timeslot can be used during the event to make sure the right guest is at the right table at the right time.
